I have a Tandberg 2500 codec ( NO MP Option), that is having a problem. Have any of you seen this before?
They have multiple microphones through a Mixer, they have a PC into the Aux position and VCR in the VCR position. All inputs/Outputs are where they are suppose to be. When playing either a DVD from PC or a Tape from VCR in a point to point mode, they are able to mute their microphones via the system remote and both play backs work. HOwever, in a MP though a Polycom Bridge, it does not work. When they mute the system , they lose audio. In the point to point mode it doesn't matter if it's Tandberg to Tandberg or any other site, so It does not appear to be a dual video type problem. System connects with good audio and video algoritims and stats on the bridge. It doesn't matter if all other sites are muted or not. Any ideas ?
