iPower ver.6

Has anyone had problems with the picture going out of focus when calling from an iPower (ver.6) to iPower (ver.5)?

This has been happening to two of my customers after they upgraded the software and tried calling other iPower units.

Have you verified by any other external camera. or call to another system??
