I have recently come across two audio issues with Polycom codec’s, a VS4000 and a FX View station, both having "Echo"/feed back coming from the speakers during an audio conference and only from initiating site. Microphone location was not an issue in either case. Software version on the 4K is 6.0.1, FX 7.5.2. The FX was replaced due to the power cable connection breaking. The 4K is in operation; both systems functioned normally after a reboot. However, the issue returns after 10-15 mins. Not sure if echo cancellation is an issue (set up) or if there is a software problem. Any advice? Thanks.
