duo video on MGC100

Hi,

I have a classic Tandberg 880 S/w: E4.1, H.239 is on and then connecting to MGC 100 s/w ver.7 H239 is on but I'm still can't connect my duo video on MGC (btw MGC connect to 12 participants, one site is Tandberg and the others are polycom) please can anyone help me? i don't have authority to manage the MGC so what should I do to tell the MGC operator?

Request to have the conference set to People+Content so the true H.239 protocol can be used. The Polycom MGC can also do H320 Duo Video as well but with the other sites being Polycom, the administrator of the conference may have it set to something else.

On a side note, you can call Polycom Tech Support to run a simple test call. This should confirm if People+Content will help or not. The release notes for version 7.0 does mention what version 7 was tested with and what end points are supported or not. The Tandberg should be just fine but you may want to confrim.
