I attended Sony's Professional&Business Solutions 2005 held in Tokyo last week and found that they are right now working on a new model positioned as stripped down version of TL-50 all-in-one video model sold by Sony.
It looks like that the new model is smaller than that of TL-50 in size and it will fit on a smaller sized desk. I assume that probably in the latter half of this year, Sony will start shipping the new model in the market.
