Hi All,

Having problems with a new installation in NZ. System is a Tandberg 6000MXP. We are set up for 384K, but can only connect at 64K! I can get incoming calls at 320K (we appear to have problems with one B channel), but no matter what we try, cannot get 384K outgoing. Have done an ISDN Trace, but do not have enough expertise to disect it. Does anyone have/know where I could get a document that would explain things?

Regards,

Rod

Agree with Skylark. Try the lower data rate calls, but it sounds like you have a network issue. By network I mean are you using a PRI vs BRI routing? Are you connected thru a Madge/Access? Is there an Atlas 550/800 series involved? More info needed to lend a hand... :ermm:
