Has anyone had an issue with calling from a Polycom VSX system to an VSFX system where stationary people tend to pixelate VERY badly? As soon as the people move the image updates and clears up.
You only see the pixalation on the VSX side, it does not occur on the FX monitor. This only happens between a VSX 7000 or 8000 to an FX.

I have experienced this with the earlier software releases on the ViewStation FX. While I hate to say this, you definitely should make sure the FX has the latest software release first.

My FX's have 6.0.4 and the VSX's have 7.5.2. I think these are the latest versions of OS.

Yup those are definitely the latest versions and I haven’t seen that behavior on any of my units. It sounds like a network issue but I suppose it could be a bug. Have you called Polycom and can you isolate the problem to a specific video algorithm or call speed?

If you look at call stats on the VSX what do you see?

Ive seen simmilar problems with the iPower when it calling H.264 to H.264+ (older verison of polycom software)

6.0.5 EX/FX/VS4000 has been released. A quick scan of the release notes shows no specific fixes for this problem but could try the new version to see if it helps.
There is now an option to disable H.264. May be helpful for troubleshooting some issues.
