TeleSpan Publishing Corp and its partners are organizing BCS Tokyo 2005, two day exhibition and seminar in Tokyo on July 14 and 15. It is the fifth annual exhibition and seminar since 2001.
The last year, there were more than 1,200 general attendees.

There are 28 companies participating in exhibition.

WebEx, NTT-IT, NTT Comware, NTT BizLink, Compunetix, TomenCyberBusiness, IPnet, NetOne Systems, Macnica Networks, Macromedia Japan, Polycom Japan, NEC Engineering, NTT Advance Technology, NTT Communications, NTT East, Sony Marketing, TANDBERG Japan, Terilogy, Pioneer, Hitachi High Technologies, Nippon Systemware, VCON, VTV Japan, Aethra, Premiere Conferencing, Marubeni Telecom, RADVISION, WolfVision.

As for the seminar sessions, in end user track,it will have seven end users' speakout session followed by panel discussion, along with Elliot Gold's keynote and so on. Also, it will have technical seminar track, we will have sessions covering conferencing technologies featuring Dr. Sakae Okubo at Waseda University as keynote speaker.

BCS Tokyo will give free booklet to attendees and provide free consulting services to attendees who want to know more about conferencing.

Compared to 1,211 the number of attendee last year, this year's number was 1075. It was down compared to the last year.

This year, we disclose income statement for BCS Tokyo 2005.
I think that exhibitors have the right to know how much money was generated and spent in what way as they "invested" their money into this.

If we are going to do BCS again next year, I think that we should do the disclosure again. Also, we disclose the number of attendees precisely even though we have fewer number than previous year.
