I use a TTC 570 which I bought cheap on ebay. I have used it for 5 years without a hiccup. It is a PRI tester with a BRI option. I also have a TTC 550 BRI tester. They still make them, I believe the company is now Acterna, but I would do an internet search for a used one at a refurbished test equipment company. They are pretty much bullet proof and will do almost any test imaginable, and because they have been made for so long there is a good secondary market.
