Hello,
I've been in the videoconferencing industry for only 7 months now so I'm a bit of a newbie but do have some experience with SQL databases. Our organization is having an issue with the reporting function of PCS, specifically time zones. When running a report to capture the time an endpoint started a call it returns the 'GMT 0' time, although I'm located in a GMT -5 time zone.
While analyzing the SQL database I found that all the times in the database are 'GMT 0' so my guess is that PCS is subtracting the -5 hours to make up the difference.
Has anyone else ran into this issue or know a workaround??? We currently have to manually subtract 4 or 5 hours from each call in our reports.
