I posted a few threads without spotting this area. So I am a bit late with my greeting but it is well meant.
I have been in VTC for a few years now. In the UK and it is becoming a bigger part of my workload every week. However from reading this forum I realise how little I know technically and would welcome any recomendations for reading material particulaly on video protocols,
but any general textbooks would be good as well.

I have a book named "Video Conferencing and Interactive Multimedia, The Whole Picture - Terms, Concepts, and Applications". My book is a 2nd edition and there have been a few changes in the industry since its print, but the concepts haven't changed. I am not sure if the book is still in print. The authors are Toby Trowt-Bayard and Jim R. Wilcox. Publisher is Flatiron Publishing, Incorporated. The ISBD number is: 1-57820-010-5

Thank you for the book title. I have just bought it from you know who on the internet.
Strangely they had a few options.
"7 new from $21.54 or 8 used from $21.80".
Does that mean I will own a book that appreciates in price even when still in print LOL
