problem with ISDN in Germany

it seems like no system in frankfort, germany is able to connect with 3 isdn line .....help?

you will need to explain the problem a bit more. Are you in Frankfurt? Who is it that is trying to call you? What is the error message?

hi ,
i from israel and i responsible almost 50% of the VC call outside israel.
i have 3 client in frankfort , all 3 have ISDN problm:
1. if i dial with 384k it only connect with less( 192k , 128 ...)
2. frankfort cant call me with any rate.
this is my problem.

thank you for the update. My next question now is - do you have any clients in other parts of Germany? Do they work OK? If you don't, then it is important to find out whether you have a problem calling Germany, or a problem calling Frankfurt. If they are having problems calling you, but I guess they have no problems calling each other, then you should see if other people in Germany can call you.

I guess there are no problems calling other countries?

Perhaps also, you can call your network provider and ask them to check the route to Frankfurt from your office.

its been 3 diffrent system so far and only in frankfort!!
and i can dial to all the other sites in the world.
my local provider told me that the minute i can connect to other part of germany its no longer there busnins ....

this is probably true, in the sense that they are handing over to Deutsche Telekom. Your clients should call their provider and report that they cannot call you at all, see where that takes you.
