Hi, everyone! I joined this forum to talk to experts in the industry of real-time collaborative communications industry (ie, video, voice and web conferencing, VoIP, network infrastructure, etc.) I'm working on a study, which focuses on end user needs. Specifically, I'd like to know how you as an end user use some of these products and how these needs will change over the next 3-5 years.
Can anyone set up some time to talk this week or the next? I'll only need about 30 minutes of your time. I'm looking for telemedicine end users geographies and across product/services. I'm also working with the forum administrator to make sure that my findings are posted on the forum for everyone to review.
