VSX7000 Vs Tandberg 2500

we are facing some different proplem iam from India we have VSX-7000 one of my clint having Tandberg 2500 in SouthAfrica

the issue is "we are not able to call to Tandberg system throough ISDN, but we are able to call restof the world and there are able to call rest of the world through ISDN , The thing is we done only 3times Video Call with that system in Feb-05 after that onwards we are not able to connect at all both ends we checked ISDN Lines we changed also".



Please help me any one facing problem.................

What message you are getting when you try?.If you try to connects and disconnects there is a different problem.
Try this and get the results
1.Try that Africa number in Audio call alone without video in VSX 7000.
2.If thats connected there is the problem in your Telco Tax.
3.Which telco isdn line you have?
