VSX8000 Connection issues

I have a VSX800, with a RS449 interface connected to a Lucent T1 Multiband VSX unit. The ISDN is an FTS2001 PRI provided by MCI. Issue: The system will receive a call or make a call, but will once the connection is up, drop the call. When viewed from the call details of a MGC-100, the site never handshakes, but it does see the call come in on all channels. Any ideas? Runs 7.5.2 software

I have another site very simular with the only real difference being the IMUX is a Inita Intelligent Switch and when the call comes in it does start the handshaking process, but then it fails to follow through. Again, seems like some knid of interface issue. Runs 8.0 software

There is an issue with the serial module and the VSX8000. Apparantly it does not work exactly like the other Polycom models we are all familiar with. Current fix is ver 8.03 released last week.
