My last question about recording generated such a good response that I thought I'll ask a more difficult one.

My client wants me to record vtc session on a DVD, but only my side, as it appear on the selfview monitor. I use computer monitor for selfview, connected to Tandberg 880 via a VGA port. This monitor also has DVI-D connector.

As far as I know, it is possible to record the main monitor showing the incoming side (with a little selfview window), but is it possible to record just the selfview?

If you use video out 2, you'll always get the selfview image, except when doing dual-streams. However, leaving the system in single monitor mode (instead of dual) may keep the second output on selfview. You might want to play with that. I think that's the way it works, but never tinkered with it extensivly.

There is also a programmable monitor mode in the MXP systems called virtual monitors.. where you can define the output to contain whatever you want. I'm not really familar with it, but you could check into that as well.
