Polycom Ipower-9800

Hiii Goodmorning

we are facing some problem with Ipower-9800 , when we start Ipower giving Error Like SYSTEM FAILED TO BOOT FROM HDD PLEASE INSERCT BOOTABLE CD.

please give me idea this problem with OS or Polycom Software related issue?


Please give me idea to solve this problem.

When this happened to me, it was the OS. Do you have the polycom install CD? It may be that the only thing to do is to start again...

Sounds like the HardDrive has maybe crashed. In either case, you will need the ghost disks (which should have come with your system) to reload the software.

Hii I found problem with harddisk

i replaced and loaded new Windows2000 o.s

but i dont have polycom Ipower installation CD's


please help how to retrive, and tell me the procedure

There should be a product recovery disk with the unit you can boot on that and it will setup iPower with Win2000 and everything, If you dont have the disk you should contact Polycom support they sould be able to supply you with a disk.

replace the hd,put bootable disk with ghost into the 9800
now u can take the image from the old hd ,from its partsion.
u can do it without replacing, put bootable ghost disk ,and retrive the image from the partion.
