Tandberg 3000 MXP HELP!!!

Can anyone please help. I cannot access my Tandberg 3000MXP Coded via the ethernet port or the RS-232 data port. I don't know if it's the configurations on my PC or what. I have followed all of Tandbergs instruction and guidance to no avail.

Also, does this Codec have reset button and/or how is the unit restored back to the factory defaults? My codec will not respond to remote (control) commands, or anything else for that matter!!! :mad:

Ask a silly question you have wired up the unit correctly? You have go lights on the front of the unit? Do lights on the camera flash when you press remote controll buttons?
