Hello techno peeps

Does anyone here use an internal audio bridge? I'm looking for something small and basic, connecting no more than 6 people, where I can bring people in and out of the conference as required.

I know that, really, I can use a Service Provider like Genesys etc, but for simplicity it would be better if I could run it myself? Something I can manage from my desktop.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Do you require security passwords to enter the system? And will you tie it to your PBX or use stand alone lines?
