Anyone have any info about a power outage on GlowPoint in the Chicago area? We were in the middle of a high-profile video bridge when the 4-way bridge went down for at least 10 minutes yesterday around 12 PM EST. Thanks.

Update, director of operations. The Parent Gatekeeper had a problem the slave gatekeeper saw the problem and tried to take over the network. The master gatekeeper kept coming back on line and the two units were conflicting with one another. Finally they rebooted and problem went away.
