Polycom MTU adjustments

Hello all,

I am currently troubleshooting a polycom VSX7000 over a VSAT network using encryption and have to drop the MAX MTU size of the camera to below 1348. Does anyone know how to change this in the camera. There are no GUI settings or any API commands that I can see that will accomplish this. Thank you in advance!

Don't think you can do it on that machine.
Did you ever figure it out?

This is a not too uncommon problem when you start adding encryption. THe MTU can easily exceed 1500 and that causes trouble.

8.5 software allows for the MTU to be configured.
