Hi All, I am in need of some help on a MGC 50 Audio bridge, i have problem where my entry queue keeps on deleeting it self and i have to go and create it again, and some of the Meeting rooms is not working with the Conference ID when IVR promps you to type it in, I am running version 6 on my MGC and have reloaded the software but it still does the same,
If any body have a Idea pls let me know.

You might verify your IVR service definition and check system.cfg for password length.
Entry Queues should not delete themselves from RESERVATIONS, but they will delete from the ON GOING CONFERENCES when not in use. Meeting Rooms will not delete themselves unless they have LIMITED SEQUENCES set.

Hi
Thanks for the response,
I have also experienced a problem that I have never seen before, if I dial in to the Audio Bridge via the entry Queue and activate a Meeting room by using the IVR and drop the call and redial the entry queue to get in to the same meeting room the meeting room logs out. This only happens to some Meeting rooms and not all the meeting rooms.
I am thinking of formatting the hard drive and start from scratch.

What if you use the IPTERMINAL utility and turn on a LEVEL -F trace, capturing the log messages to a file. There may be a clue in the messages as to what is happening. Make sure to turn the trace back to LEVEL -E for exceptions only.
