Well, I guess I should get this in before I hit double-digits on postings. How could I NOT introduce myself to my peers? <kick>
To keep it as general as possible, I am the VTC-type for a rather large Area of Operations out in Iraq. I was dragged out (happily) of my normal job of fixing circuit cards and given a crash course in the finer points of the job. What started as an 'uh oh' has turned into another obsession. It's actually a fun job that I've been considering for the 'real world' when I'm free in 2013. :nervous:
A word of warning: if postings continue (and I hope they do) longer than the next couple of months, you will probably notice a different tone and possibly a different experience level. The reason being that this is actually going to be the account for the billet that I hold and I'll be stateside under a different username (having to start my post counter all over again  ) and the new guys will, no doubt, be looking for ideas.
I want to thank everyone out there for the posts that I've seen. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to talking to you all out there.
Well, I think that's about it... See you on the 'net.
