View Full Version : TMS 10 and Polycom ViavideoII and RadVision ECS Gatekeeper

We used to be able to add the viavideoII systems to TMS 9.6 but since we have upgraded we cannot. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to try?

Also we use a Radvision ECS Gatekeeper Version 3.5.2.5, the question is can we register this system to TMS10? I have tried several times and no luck.

Anyway, any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Where can I get this document? I do not see it on the ftp site unless I am looking in the wrong place.

Its on the CD Rom where you got TMS from.

Acutally the CD that I have does not have the documentation. I just downloaded it from the Tandberg site after searching for it.

its a link on the webpage that you have on the CD or zip file.. its there :)
