Hello all,
My primary job for the past 4 years I have been Desktop\helpdesk\server admin. About 2 years ago I was handed the keys to 50+ VC units (VS128 & 512's) and a MGC-100, with little to no documentation. To this point I have done very little to learn the system I have leveraged our support contract and done basic tasks such as firmware upgrades. All of our endpoints are on 7.5 code and the MCU is on 6.x. We also use WebCommander V6.x for scheduling.
I really need to start getting a better handle on the system since it's ~6 years old. I'm going to need to know how and what to upgrade to. We do mostly IP calls and some ISDN.
