We have organized annual conferencing exhibition and seminar in Tokyo since 2001. And we plan to deliver sixth event this July for two days.
Last year, we had 25 exhibitors and 11 supporting organizations with 1,075 qualified attendees. We have exhibition hall for the exhibitors and rooms for attendees to learn technical issues, case studies, market trends etc..
We disclose financial statement for the event to our sponsors and exhibitors. That is accountability to our exhibitors and since we say we are doing this for the industry.
For this year, we will give to all attendees, a booklet that have 20-30 case studies, will do free consulting services (consultants are end user side people) for those thinking about purchasing, we will do workshop by which we provide practical information to potential purchasers who are trying to overcome some technical issues related to deployment of conferencing products.
