Hello

This is Satya from India, my self I'm facing some different kind of configuration Problem while configuring VSX-7000 & S & E models.

the main problem is ISDN Protocol configuration. In India ISDN protocol Standard ETSI Euro ISDN , But some of the systems when we do configuration with above protocol not working. systems are working with only AT&T 5ESS Multipoint or AT&T 5ESS Pt-To-Pt.

when we use AT&T protocol instead of Euro ISDN every 15Min drops the call.

in the same customer campus some systems are working with standard protocol but some systems having problems BRI lines from single telco provider from single switch.

Please help me to solve these issue, any one facing these kind of problem with VSX systems.

Thanks
Satya

India's standard ISDN switch is EURO/ETSI.If you configure other then this you will get the probelm of disconnecting every 15mins or even it won't work. But the problem seems to be the IMUX softwareis configured as other then Euro/Etsi switch.I faced this smilar problems with Viewstation series. But now i can able to solve this prob.

India is using ETSI-EURO ISDN STD. Maybe the IDSN line Voltage is Low coz the line drop. Ask telco provider add booter or extender to the ISDN to make line stable than try to make video call within india. See how?

Hello, i face similar issue, and i discover it was a BRI, and the provider do not make the bonding. I did a lot of test using BRI by BRI, in the local and the remote site, until y discover wich BRI did not work properly, and with that i could argue with the provider.
