This is one for all you Polycom experts. We just purchased a copy of WebCommander 7.5. We had previously installed version 7.0 on our web app server. I've uninstalled the old version, but there is still a registry key hainging out somewhere that is using the old lisence key and thus won't give me access. Anyone out there know how to update the lisence key for webcommander? This is usually what a support contract is for but thanks the the clients open bid requirement we couldn't go with AGT for support and are stuck with a firm who doesn't answer their phone.
