I have an issue with outbound ISDN calls utilizing our Adtran Atlas 550.

We our Polycom Viewstation FX hooked up to port 1 - 1 on our Adtran 550.
We also use ShoreTel VOip phones. As part of our IT solutions company, we have farmed out part or our Shoregear switch and thus have 4 digit MCI long distance dial codes that we must use to get outbound.

I can not dial out bound from the Viewstation to any long distance number. I have been on the phone to Polycom and Adtran to no avail.

"NEW NEWS" I have configured polycom correctly and we have ditched longDistance codes on the dial in number. Now I can recieve calls at the DID, but outbound is tied up because Adtran is picking one of the outbound lines at random. If I use a 1010XXX number i can get out, but that is costing us $$$.

Can I configure adtran to point the polycom at a particular outbound number? NO preferably one of the 2 numbers i have just had MCI remove LongDistance codes from!!

Adtran is stupid on outbound routing. polycom VSFX pushes the call to any available channel on the T1 PRI. So I now need to find out if I can get a 1010XXX number assigned to us from MCI that is not $$$ intensive. Any ideas or has this been done before???
