Hi im new to this site and i hope someone can help me out.

Whilst in a point to point Video Conference i try to add an audio call that is supplied by a bridging company , the audio call will not answer.

However if the call is just to normal digital or analogue line there is no problems.

I think that it may be because there is no one on the other end to manually answer the call therefore the VSX does not recognise the connectivity?
If this is the case does anyone know a way around it apart from purchasing a VTX 1000 or if anyone has another solution i would be very grateful

Cheers

Alasdair

hey actaully,

VTX-1000 works on analogue line even any other phone works on A/G line except IP phones better u can have sound station VTX-1000 that can be integrated to ur VSX-7000, that will work as a mic for ur video conference plus u can have audio call too.
