Just wanted to throw this in the pond and see what ripples. I have a room that is used more for Tele-cons then VTC's. As such the Analog line is used by default. The far end of these calls are constantly complaining about low volume on there end. Now VTC's sound fine. I have had the Analog lines checked up to the wall. but am unable to explain the low sound issue. Any ideas are appreciated.

It sounds like the outgoing audio is either low or at the far end their incoming audio adjustments are not set correctly. If possible you might try to go to a third site to isolate the problem. I’m assuming the mixer at one of the ends is just in need of some adjustments.

Hiii,
Better tell them to check their equipment and lines at their side......otherwise you do one thing test the call with other party.

I assume by your post that you are using two different systems for the tele and video conferencing?
Is the VC capable of doing teleconferencing? If so, have you done any comparisons between the two?
Is there a unified audio system in the room? (ie Clear one or vortex system supplying audio to both systems)
