Alright, here is the deal.
As is says in the title I have PathNavigator installed on Windows 2003 Server. It used to work fine until one night my UPS failed on me. Now I can't log on and the main log on page locks up. I contacted Polycom tier II support and I checked the DCOM settings and I checked the event logs. In the event logs I am getting a lot of application errors. I was told to send them the event logs which I did but they are now telling me to send them the "permission manager data base". Can anyone help me locate this database and get it sent to them? Thanks in advance.
