Looking for Reviews and Analyses

Hi All!

A few colleagues and I are building an MBA (Master of Business Administration) case study about the video conferencing industry in general and RADVISION as a specific case.

we are currently looking for independent material (Analysts' reports, articles, reviews etc.) which can help us compare the different companies in the industry. We are not interested in a specific product but in general business issues; meaning, for example, which company has better quality, reliability, compatibility between products, compatibility to standards, financial strength, better technologies, more innovation, etc...

I would very much appreciate links or information about such reviews.

For that type of information you might want to check out some of the reports offered by Wainhouse Research. Their site and forum tend to me more marketing and numbers oriented. http://www.wainhouse.com/

I am aware of this site, and it does seem to be a good source. However, it is preferable if we would have more than one source, so if any others comes in mind I would very much appreciate additional information or links.

There is a gentleman named Elliot Gold who I remember as a speaker at pug. Did a quick search and found his site but I don’t know much about it. You might look at it.
