hi
check the port settings under security. It is checked or not and its correctly configured with 80.

he says it works at first.. so its on.

my guess is something is hitting the webpage and tying up the resources. something scanning on the network or a worm or something

Yeah I have internet facing systems do something like that caused by weird scans and probes to port 80.

Yes. Xp with SP2 fixed the problem with the connection to the Web interface. There is a scripting problem in Internet Explorer.

Interesting. Perhaps using a different browser would help? Does anybody know if the various big name VTC vendors (Polycom, TANDBERG, Sony) support Firefox? I'm pretty sure I remember Codian being Firefox friendly.

codian web interface is very user friendly and it don't have more complex menus and scripts. That may be a one of reason will support all browser not only firebox. But polycom endpoints web interfaces using lot scripts.

Now codian will support customized interface of Web and IVR also.

Hi,
if you have a service agreement, upgrade to the new VSX 8.5 software. I have had problems with VSX series web interfaces (win2000) hanging, GAB entrys not loaded etc. The new WEB interface seems to be mutch more robust, and also tidyer.

PS "Now codian will support customized interface of Web and IVR also." Do you have more info about this senthil ? maby out of topic, but.....
