Can someone please point me in the right direction to find the Army Requirements for a Classified Video Teleconferencing Site? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Check out the DISN Web Site lots of good info on configurations. You will also need to take to yout Information Assurance folks as well. They can help with EMSEC and the like.

What are you specific questions...zoning...crypto..Fibre optic transport of V 35 signeals ?

Hi USAF VTC friend.
Maybe you have a pinout for the V 35 connection from Kiv 7 to V35 Winchester male. ?
If you can only send it by Secure means we have to exchange via US Network.
I work on a Nato HQ so I can find out or talk to you secure via DISN
gateway.
