home entertainment center integrated with VC

Does anyone know of set-ups where IP video conferenceing is integrated into a home entertainment system? Are there vendors with experience in putting systems like this in place in the Massachusetts area? Are there products that someone attempting this kind of integration should know about?

I have a Tandberg 6000MXP plugged directly into my HEC. Does that count? Works well, but I use a professional audio front end, not a standard home amplifier. I also have not "automated" the system, so changeover from one to the other requires some video switching at this time. Maybe later I will fully automate the system.
