We have some problem about outgoing call with using PRI trunks. The user terminal has to wait about 10 sec after end of the dailing. But if the user dails the destination then pick up the handset the problem doesnt occur. Namely connect immediately. We are using Avaya I55 and PRI trunk in Europe Standart but i think using overlap feature. Does anybody knows how i can tackle this problem?
