IP Dialing Help

Hello

I am currently looking at setting up an IP connection between 2 companys with seperate networks. Both VC units will have a static ip address and both companies will have the same concentrator. The link between the two will be a VPN via a broadband link of 1MB.

Will this work, or will i need a gateway server? how will the IP translation be managed.

yes it will work and you don't need any gateway.But the VPN should be full duplex and should not be shared line.
