Mgc-25 Gw1 Audio Card Problem

Anyone know why a major alarm would come on? I sold the unit to a gentleman & he is having problems with the audio card.
He reset the card but the problem still occured with MAJOR ALARM and No audio when he had a videoconferencing session.

The card is AUDIO-A version 1.04

Does anyone know if it is the card that is the problem or something else? Thanks for any info.

What does the FAULTS log show? Use IP TERMINAL to capture the logger file while the card is being reset and you might see some clues as to what the problem is.
