Hey all, new here. Have been going crazy over this problem I have been having. Doing a video conference tomorrow here out of the office. We are calling Florida (I am in Alaska), but the guy there really doesn't know much, and his tech is in California (why is beyond me). I do know it is a Tamberg, other then that, no other information.

Anyways, here is the problem. When I try to place the call using the VSX7000, it connects (green icon bottom left), says we are connected, but keeps ringing and no picture. Now he is the real strange one. When I tried a copy of PVX I have on my laptop, it connects just fine, but there is no Audio. So as it stands right now, we are going to place the call using the laptop, and then use a speakerphone for voice. Soooo not what I would like to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like port blocking on a firewall. Either your side or his needs to be checked to see what ports are being blocked and open them up...
