I have a Videoconferencing Gateway, I know it has been discontinued by Cisco. It is setup for our ISDN conferencing for all of our offices and I don't know that it has ever been successfully setup, but I am able to dial out to the Tandberg test sites successfully. My problem is that I am currently trying to connect to a remote client site with Polycom equipment and it doesn't seem to work. I tried the test ISDN numbers I have located on Polycoms site and they don't work either. Does anyone know of a work around to get this to work or even somewhere I can locate configuration options to try. I'm not a Network Admin and this equipment was setup by the Cisco Administrators who don't necessarily work with Video equipment much.

Are you using a Gatekeeper? by registering all of your endpoints and CISCO Gateway to the GK, this should solve most of your problems.
