VTX 1000 to VSX 8000 sound problem.

I have a VSX 8000 with a VTX 1000 phone connected.
The VTX is plugged in to the mic socked on the 8000 equipment.
I already upgrated the VTX 1000 phone to software 1.6xxx
I set the connection on the VSX8000 to microphone. But im not getting any sound from the VTX. Any ideas?

the diagnostics window does not show a microphone connected. Wich should be the VTX :(

Are you using the special Polycom integration cable in the second port of the phone? Also you still need to power the phone with the brick through the other port. The other thing to look for is on the display of the phone it should say something like video call. If its not a cabling issue then you’ll probably have to call support.

Yea I am using the special intergration cable ment for VSX to VTX connection and the phone is still connected to the polycom brick on the other port.
