I am working at the Camp Victory VTC bridge in Baghdad, Iraq. I am looking to see if there any Unclassified bridges in the states to assist us in connecting mainly morale calls for service members families. The main connection I am having problems with is the stateside locations DoD firewall blocking my IP and there is pretty much no chance for them to unblock it. Most of these sites that we are trying to connect to only have ISDN capabilities so this forces me to require a bridge that can bridge my IP and let them dial in. There are some that can do IP but the DoD firewall doesn't like our commercial overseas IP so that causes problems.

If there is anyone out there that can help or knows someone that can help I would appreciate it.

Codian has an MCU in a colocation facility in California, its mainly used for for customer demos but has plenty of capacity. It has ISDN dial-in access and it has IP dial-in and dial-out. Can you give us a call or shoot us an email and we will get you set up with an account.

We also have the facility for video messages to be recorded and either streamed or played back to VTC endpoints.

Call our US office 408 938 2300 or send an email to americas@codian.com

Look forward to the opportunity of helping out.

Cool when can we do a test call? You are 11 hours back from us so it would take some coordination. There is someone available for test here from 0600-0100 (6am-1am). That would be 7pm-2pm your time. Only time not available then is between 2pm and 7pm your time.

send an email to americas@codian.com so we can work with you to get you set up on the MCU and provide information for testing.
