can anyone help with this? I'm getting the message below on most of my polycoms after adding them to TMS

#122 - Incorrect SNMP CN (8/31/2006 11:24:15 AM)

is there anyway to get rid of this. I've compared the settings to the polycoms that work and theres nothing different. Am i missing something. Thanks

What version of software are you running on TMS and on the Polycoms?
It looks like your community name on the Polycoms just needs to be changed but if you have done that already, it might be a compatibility issue so I'd get everything on the latest and greatest versions.

Try going to the SNMP section of the setup and making sure you have the same Community Name as the TMS server and other codecs.
The default is "public". I think it IS case sensitive so you can add Public and/or PUBLIC to the list to check.
