Hi guys, I'm having a little issue with my Cisco 3526 GW1P picking up DTMF tones from a few external Polycom VSX7000 endpoints (two from the same company), these particular endpoints also seem to have some delay in establishing a connection with the Gateway awell.

Firstly, when the endpoints dial in, they show the regular green connection icons and also seem to show a connection on the GW...though it keeps ringing a few more times before connection is fully established(ie:we see video). Also, when they actually establish a proper connection, the IVR message has already completed and has started its second loop. It's as though the GW has accepted that a connection has been created and starts the IVR message (most likely when we first see the green icons) and by the time we get a connection we either hear nothing prior to the message running a second time or we hear the end of the first message run. I've tested this with other external clients and the above doesn't happen.

Secondly, same endpoints as above. When they actually connect to the GW, the DTMF tones do not seem to be recognised. Whether I press * to enable the keypad on the remote or not. I haven't tried changing the Remote control setting from preset to tones as the endpoint isn't actually under my control, as I'm sure presets are prefered.

Any thoughts??
