Does anyone know if TMS can connect my Polycom endpoint to external endpoints using Polycom Extension dialing?
If I am local at the polycom and dial 123.123.123.123,1234 it will route out my boarder controler and connect to the external endpoint using Polycom extension dialing. I want to try to schedule a call like this but it seems that TMS will only send the polycom the IP address and does not include the comma extension. I have also tried putting it in as ipaddress##extension but that does not work either.
Any ideas?
Also, is there any way that I can place a polycom extension call from a Tandberg endpoint?
