ericsson pabx with TLU76/1 to polycom MGC25

hi all,

anyone tried installing the Polycom MGC-25 to ericsson pabx with TLU 76/1 PRI module?

need technical help and suggestions. i'm installing the system and be able to do the dial-out from the MGC. However, the dial-in participants cannot connect to the bridge.

here is the installation scenario;

we have 2 PRI isdn with different provider (58080XX & 68320XX). those 2 lines are connected to the ericsson pabx. from the ericsson pabx, we provide a TLU 76/1 card for ISDN interface. this card is connected to the E1 interface of the Polycom MGC-25. we assigned that if the the PABx receive a dial # (5808011 or 6832011), it will direct the call to (2972) which is the MGC-25. for dial-out from the MGC-25, PABX assigned a (2971 for 58080XX) & (2974 for 68320XX).

Hi...Ithink the problem on digit number that send by your MD110 to MGC-25...you need to assign full digit number...Pls try...

hi, thanks for the info. we already restored the system and its already working. that's what the system really needs, its full digit number from MD110.
