I cannot make a long distance call on Adtran 512 and MXP 6000. I can receive inbound at 384k and pass good video/audio.

Are there ISDN pic codes for Verizon/MCI, ATT? Does any know a
local number in the Philadelphia area that I can call as a test?

The MCI/VZB long distance network PIC code for data/video calls is 222. Sometimes if it is not specified that data/video is required then 555 is used as the default PIC. This 555 is for the MCI/VZB voice network only and will not support data calls.
