Problem: Touch panels randomly going blank
We have 3 instances now that we can say gives a good argument for how to bring the directory back to the touch-panel, but we still have no idea what causes it to go blank. 2 technicians this morning experienced a blank directory on the touch-panel in 2 different teamrooms. Rebooting the rack and pushing the TMS directory out again does not bring it back. What was done by each tech was simply tapping into the web interface of each controller to see if the directory could be viewed that way and, Voila', the directory suddenly showed up on the touch-panel. Same thing was experienced when we opened up the monitoring tool in Netlinx and the directory popped up. Not sure what difference is between the Local or Global being displayed on the touch-panel, but there obviously is some difference to cause such a random blanking of the directory in our touch-panels. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
