I've recently switched from GMS to TMS. Im wondering if I can have TMS show the status of each ISDN line. GMS had and icon on the left hand side that showed the status of the isdn. does tms have anything like this. Is there a setting i should change?
thanks in advance

You should be running 11.5 if you just got it, so take a look at a system's page and scroll down to the ISDN number. If there's anything wrong with any BRI it'll be in red. Also you can configure your tickets so you can just go into the ticket system and sort by ticket. ISDN configuration error is what you want to look our for.
Works like a charm for us. We have about 70 systems in there now around the globe.

I will second Morgan's comment. I have my TMS set up to email me whenever the up/down status of an ISDN line changes. Always fun when a BRI line is on the fritz, and you get 400 emails because the line went up and down in the span of two hours...
If the system is a BRI, it will status each line, PRI just the entire line.
I also have mine set to alert me when the unit is rebooted, goes on or off the IP network, and downspeeds.
